    How long does it take to obtain transport permits?

    For Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia — 24 to 48 hours. For Switzerland and Scandinavia, the processing time is 3–5 working days. Stronmet obtains all permits on your behalf, for every transit country along the route.

    What is the maximum load you can transport?

    Vlastita flota labudica, lowbed i step-frame platformi omogućava prijevoz tereta do 150 tona. Za terete izvan standardnih dimenzija koristimo prilagodljive konfiguracije i koordiniramo pratnju konvoja.

    Is the cargo insured during transport?

    Every transport is covered by CMR insurance in accordance with the international convention. For high-value cargo, we also offer additional cargo insurance — all included in one offer, without intermediaries.

    How much does it cost to transport a tractor from Germany?

    Do you organize escort for transport convoys?

    Yes. For loads exceeding the permitted dimensions, we coordinate escort by pilot vehicles and police escorts where required. The number of escort vehicles depends on the dimensions and requirements of each transit country.

    Yes. Switzerland has special regulations for oversized transport — strict weight limits and ASTRA permits. Stronmet operates on Swiss routes and obtains all required permits for transit or final delivery.

    How to track cargo location in real time?

    Each vehicle is equipped with a GPS system for real-time tracking. Clients track the status and location during the entire transport. The dispatch service is available 24/7 for all inquiries during transportation.

    What documents are required for oversized transport?

    Standard documentation: CMR consignment note, transport permits for all transit countries, technical cargo specifications and proof of insurance. Stronmet prepares and submits all documentation on behalf of the client — you only need to approve it.

    Do you provide transport to Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro?

    Yes. In addition to EU countries, we actively operate on routes to and from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and the entire Western Balkan region. We obtain all necessary permits, including for non-EU territories.
