Industrial hydraulic press

The transport of the industrial hydraulic press was carried out in 2024 from the port of Rijeka to Stuttgart. The press was transported by sea and unloaded at the Adriatic Gate Container Terminal using port gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 41 tons (SWL 41MT). The takeover from the ship was organized by a Faymonville SPMT modular transporter, which ensures optimal load distribution when handling heavy industrial machinery.

Total route length 892 km passes through 4 countries (HR → SI → AT → DE). Due to the exceptional dimensions and weight of the cargo from 78.0t, the transport required detailed route planning with static checks of bridges and tunnels along the entire route and obtaining extraordinary transport permits for each section.

The transport was completed within 3 days. The cargo dimensions were 7.4×3.8×4.6m. GPS tracking and constant communication with the customer are ensured at every step from unloading to delivery to the factory.
